It’s no secret that we love and use our gear. Survival Dispatch always has an eye on the ‘Net, and an ear to ground for new gear releases. We are excited when companies release new products that could change the way we approach different survival situations.
Word of caution, we have not tested these out for ourselves. These are just new items on the market that have the potential to be really, really good.
Once we have had a chance to use, abuse and test them thoroughly, we will post a full gear review in the future.
Here’s what caught our eye this month:

The Aspen 330M is a fully enclosed expeditionary, non-saline water purification system. It supplies 2500- 3300 gallons (9464-12,492 liters) per day, approximately 125-150 gallons (473-568 liters) per hour, of highly purified water from virtually any non-saline water source.
Water can be drawn from lakes, rivers, ponds, ditches, or standing water that may contain chemical and/or biological contamination.
Aspen Water, Inc. is a long-standing company in the business of water purification technology, having provided portable water purification systems to the US military and various disaster relief organizations for almost 20 years. Most recently, Aspen Water supplied all the systems and bladders to two major camps in Puerto Rico, in support of the post-hurricane relief efforts.
